Why Preamble was Written?

Glad you asked...
The Preamble to the Constitution was written only as an introductory statement. It makes a statement of the purposes and guiding principals. It is evidence of the Founding Fathers intentions as to the meaning of the Constitution.

The Preamble is the introduction to the Constitution. It tells you who wrote it and what the glue is that holds everything contained within the Constitution in relationship to each other.
