When we look at the top 10 healthy foods we are looking at them meeting a certain criteria. They need to provide vitamins, minerals along with beta carotene and high in antioxidants. So lets look at what those 10 are we have apples, almonds, salmon, blueberries, broccoli and sweet potatoes.
