How do You Use Quotation Marks?

Glad you asked...
You will use quotation marks to set off titles of short stores, poems and articles. They are also used to set off quoted speech. Quotation marks should not be used to emphasize a word; rather, the word should be underlined or italicized. You can find more information here: http://grammar.ccc.commnet.edu/grammar/m...

Then again, this answer might help you...
You can use quotation marks when you are directly quoting what someone says in a sentence. Quotation marks can be used either to quote a full sentence or statement, or a few words. You can also make air quotes with your fingers when you are speaking and quoting someone, but this is mainly done to be annoying.
