If you don't have a garment bag, you'll need to fold a sport coat to pack it. To fold a sport coat, button it and lay it on it's front. Fold the arms behind the coat, at the shoulder seam, so they are lying even up and down with the sides. Fold it in half from bottom to top and lay it flat in your suitcase.
